Line we endeavour to make shopping as simple and user-friendly

How
to shop online
Follow
our guidelines below for an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping
experience.
1. Selecting
products
To find
a product visit either the womens
or children's sweatshirt
pages.
To add
a product to your shopping basket select size and colour
and enter the quantity required from the drop down list
(you can alter this later on) and click the BUY button.
This will take you to the shopping
basket page.
2. Shopping
Basket
You
can view the products that you have added to your shopping
basket at any time on the shopping
basket. Here you can edit quantities of the products
in your online shopping basket, you may also remove items
by setting the quantity to zero and clicking the UPDATE
button.
The
total price shown on the shopping basket page includes delivery
to the United Kingdom. To calculate delivery charged for
other countries select your shipping zone from the drop
down list under the order summary. If you are unsure about
any delivery charged contact us.
When
you are happy with the items in your shopping basket click
the PROCEED TO OUR SECURE SERVER button at the bottom of
the shopping basket page.
3. Checkout
3.1
Security
We
use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which
is the industry standard and among the best software available
for secure payment transactions. Your transactions (including
credit card information) are "scrambled" so that
security is never compromised. The encryption makes it virtually
impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information
sent to us. SSL works with Netscape Navigator (version 3.0
and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.02 and
above) and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). For more information

3.2
Terms & Conditions

3.3
Enter contact, delivery and payment information
New customers should click the link to add their details.
We will require name, address, delivery name and address
(including full postcode), and your credit card information.
3.4
Payment
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT.
We can
accept the following credit and debit cards online: Visa,
Mastercard, Switch.
3.5
Order confirmation
Once all your details have been entered into the checkout
form you will be presented will an order confirmation page.
You may print this page for your records, you will also
be sent a confirmation e-mail Neither of these should be
treated as a final invoice, a receipt will be sent with
your goods. You order will carry a unique order number,
this is displayed in your e-mail and on the confirmation
page. Please quote this order number in all correspondence.

Delivery
Because all our sweatshirts are made to order you must allow
at least 14 days for despatch, however you should allow 28
days for delivery. If there is a problem and we are not able
to deliver your order within 28 days we will contact you.

Exchanges
and Returns
When you receive goods ordered from Lindsay Line, you have
a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to
seven working days starting from the day AFTER the goods were
delivered. Please note 7 working days do not include public
holidays or weekends.
We will
refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than
30 days from notification that you wish to cancel the order.
This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted
in the form of a telephone call only. We will only refund
the cost of the goods and the original carriage cost.
You must
return the goods to Lindsay Line, or make them freely available
for collection by our appointed courier. If you do not freely
return the goods, at your cost, to Lindsay Line then we may
have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering
the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund.
If you,
the consumer, wishes to return goods, you will return them
at your own cost, we will only refund the return carriage
if the goods are faulty or are incorrect.
Where
products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will
either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days
of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection
prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are
confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we
will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.

Complaints
Should
you have a complaint about any product purchased from Lindsay
Line, or about our web site please address this to: mail@lindsayline.co.uk
or contact us by post, telephone, fax or in person (contact
details here).
We will
review and acknowledge your complaint by e-mail or letter
within five working days. We aim to resolve all complaints
within 14 days of receipt, you will receive a full reply by
e-mail or letter. If your complaint takes longer than expected
to resolve we will keep you informed of our progress as we
investigate the relevant issues.
